The service provides a digital interface and creates a PDF from participant input. It does not investigate the accident, assess damage, negotiate with another party, arrange recovery or repair, or act for a participant in an insurance or legal matter.

Participants remain responsible for reviewing the facts they enter and the report before signing or sending it. The service does not independently verify every identity, vehicle, registration, policy, photograph, signature, statement or right to provide another person’s information.

A generated PDF reflects the submitted data and technical layout at that time. A participant signature is not, by itself, a legal determination or automatic admission of liability.

Insurer procedures, police-reporting duties, evidential rules and deadlines differ between policies and jurisdictions. Check the rules that apply to your situation. Creating or downloading a PDF does not prove delivery to, or acceptance by, an insurer or authority.
